In December 2006, Rob opened his own firm, The Law Office of Robert S. Hogan, and continues to handle serious personal injury cases.

Rob has been a guest lecturer on Railroad Litigation for the American Association of Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association), and is a past president of the South Plains Trial Lawyers Association, as well as a director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to maintaining an active law practice, Rob serves on the school board of Christ the King Cathedral School, in Lubbock, and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus. He also coaches youth soccer, and is an avid hunter and geocacher.
